The Lowes in Chester was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. on a negotiated basis. It was the ninth Lowes store built by March.

The building was located in Chester, NY. The project consisted of a pile foundation structure as well as many large modular block and gabion retaining walls.

Project was completed in 2009.
