The Lowes in Paterson was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. on a negotiated basis.

The building located on Route 20 in Paterson was on an environmentally sensitive site and included an elaborate under floor venting system as well as a liquid boot under the entire building.

The project was completed in Spring of 2007.
