March Associates Construction, Inc. was awarded another project of their preferred status contractor situation with Target.
The store was located on Route 1 & 9 in North Bergen, New Jersey at the site of the old Crown and Cork Bottle Cap Factory.
The elevation change from the front of the property to the rear was thirty feet which led to the design of a two story store with a rear retaining wall of thirty feet in height.
The store opened in July 2004.
