March Associates Construction, Inc. was awarded the Core and Shell work for Commercial Realty on a negotiated basis and the Middle Atlantic Products Interior fit-up work based upon competitive bids. The job consisted of demolishing all of the existing warehouse facility while saving the two story office part of the building and the existing warehouse footings and floor slab. The new construction consisted of adding new sub-toothed loading docks, new precast wall panels on new structural steel on the existing footings, a new concrete floor slab over the existing one and all new mechanical and electrical. Also included was the two story corporate headquarters interior fit-up.

The project was completed on March of 2006.
