Comments
The Federal Express Distribution Center in Dover, New Jersey was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. based upon competitive bids. This project was unique due to the fact that the building was built on top of an existing refuse site and had heavy Department of Environmental Protection input and approvals. The building site was also the home of the Indiana Bats and the construction schedule had to have the flexibility to deal with this. The building itself consisted of pre-engineered structure with numerous overhead doors.

The project was completed in the winter of 2006.
