March Associates Construction, Inc. bid this project and then negotiated a cost plus and fixed fee contract with Master Cutlery.March performed design build services on this project for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems. The project included sitework, pile supported foundations, structural steel frame and precast wall panels.
