March Associates Construction, Inc. was awarded the project through competitive bidding. This addition is the 7th building MACI has built for Prologis Industrial Trust.

Just two years after the initial phase of this project, MACI was awarded this phase 2 addition. The project consisted of sitework, steel and precast building. The addition was necessary to support the existing facility that remained in full service even during the tie-in work.
