March Associates Construction, Inc. was awarded the site and building construction on a qualified bid basis. This is one of a few buildings that March has built for The United Rental Company. The site is located on 5 areas of land that faces the NJ Turnpike. One unique aspect of the sitework included the installation of 200,000 SF of specialty pavers which had to be approved by the DOT. The building is made up of a steel frame and a metal panel shell. Part of the building is a two story office fit up and used for their sales and management personnel. The building is also used for their repair and maintenance areas with 32 overhead doors for easy access.
