Hudson Pointe at 7600 River Road was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. through competitive bid. The project consisted of a central parking structure and four levels of condominium units with a raised interior courtyard. The construction consisted of piles, reinforced concrete pile caps, grade beams, a reinforced concrete parking garage, and a structural steel/bar joist/concrete slab structure from the second through the fourth floors. The façade consisted of brick and cast stone.

The building was completed in February 2008.
