March Associates Construction, Inc. was awarded this project for Kimco Realty based upon competitive bids and their history together.

The CVS project followed the Oak Park Commons in South Plainfield, NJ and the Hillsborough Promenade in Hillsborough, NJ

The building was a masonry and EIFS façade on structural steel per the CVS prototype specification.

The project was completed in Spring of 2007.
