Comments
The Lodi Retail Center was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. on a negotiated basis. March participated in pre-construction discussion s as they pertained to value engineering and construction materials and techniques. The project is located on the corner of Route 17 and Essex Street, a heavily traveled intersection in Bergen County. The shopping center was completed in the summer of 2007.
