Simon Properties awarded March Associates Construction, Inc. the Rockaway Towne Center project on the basis of competitive bids. The project is constructed of brick, cast stone and EIFS over a structural steel frame and is adjacent to Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Petsmart. All projects completed by March.

The center opened for business in the fall of 2005.
