March Associates Construction, Inc. was awarded this project on a negotiated basis. The project consisted of clearing 1,800 trees and providing an underground concrete storm water retention chamber and significant masonry walls completely around the site.

The building structure was steel masonry, structural studs and exterior insulating finish systems.
