March Associates Construction, Inc. was awarded another Whole Foods project on a negotiated basis. March performed preconstruction services and value engineered this project to meet Whole Foods budget. The project included the demolition of the front of the existing building including the entire existing floor slab. It also included adding a mezzanine with new footings, foundation and structural steel along with the fit out of the new Whole Foods Market.

This Whole Foods project was completed in the fall of 2006.
