Home Goods – Retail
The Home Goods in Edgewater was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. on a lump sum basis. The project consisted of a 24,000 S.F. retail building built on a wood pile foundation, structural slab and was steel framed. The exterior was metal studs with many masonry accents and awnings to highlight the elaborate façade.
