March was selected as the contractor for the first Kerasotes Theater in the Northeast through a competitive bid process. Early in the project we used our local relationship with the Project Developer, Hartz Mountain, and our new client to the market, setting the framework for a smooth and successful project. The building was pile-supported, consisted of a steel frame with a precast skin and precast theater demising walls. Kerasotes Showplace was one of the first theaters in the area to offer stadium seating and digital projectors. The duration of this project was 9 months.
