The LA Fitness in Port Jefferson, New York was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. on a Lump Sum competitive bid. The building was ground-up construction consisting of a steel frame with brick accents, a single-ply roof, and mezzanine. The fit-out of the club included a day care, juice bar, swimming pool and spa. This project was completed in 5 months.
