March Associates Construction, Inc. was awarded our third project from Stanbery Development based upon competitive bids.

150,000 SF, the Shoppes at Hamilton has the signature Stanbery look and architectural features that provide a uniform feel yet each tenant has an individual look. The center has several high end retailers such as Coldwater Creek, Banana Republic, White House Black Market, Talbots and Ann Taylor Loft. Eateries such as Bensi, Chipotle, Starbucks and Jamba Juice makes this life style center complete.

The site work on this project was designed to be environmentally friendly with stones at the inlets of the parking area and grass around the inlets just off the pavement. This was a general contracting job completed by March.
