Marlboro Commons Shopping Center

Owned by Pagano Real Estate, the Marlboro Commons in Marlboro, NJ was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. on a lump sum basis. March was involved with this project from its inception and provided pre-construction services inclusive of developing the site work. The site work included widening the intersection on Rt. 9 and Rt. 520 in Marlboro along with all site utilities, parking area, and landscaping. Marlboro Commons was a general contracting job by March.
The project included a total of 51,000 S.F. of retail space which was later divided into 7 tenant spaces. The structure of the building was made up of structural steel, precast panels, and the front of the building was storefront with Hardiplank siding.
