March Construction proudly served as the construction manager for Terminal Logistics Center in Queens, NY -spanning  428,000 square feet with five stories and a cellar.

Owned by Triangle Equities, this multi-level storage and distribution center was one of the first vertical logistics facilities in the country. It was designed to meet demands of the international air cargo industry at JFK, the busiest air freight gateway in the US.

Terminal Logistics Center is expected to play a key role in alleviating the significant pressure of the supply chain bottleneck with efficient logistics, warehouse distribution, and air support operations.

This state-of-the-art warehouse includes below-grade parking, and operates as a versatile mixed-use facility with access available on three sides. 

Levels 1 and 2 house a Warehouse/Distribution center, thoughtfully accompanied by an accessory Office. Level 3 offers dedicated storage space, complemented by an adjoining office area. 

Winner of the Big Apple Brownfield Award for Economic Development, Terminal Logistics Center will create 200-400 full-time jobs and generate over $29MM of output growth annually.
