The Walgreens at Marlboro Commons in Marlboro, NJ is a 14,320 SF single use retail store. The construction was ground-up consisting of a steel structure, brick and EIFS exterior wall system with a stud back-up. The work included complete interior t-out, excluding Walgreens xturing. The overall project included site utilities and site improvement for a complete project.
