The project is being developed and built by the March Construction team on 910 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, NJ. Six of the retail complex’s future tenants are Everbrook Academy, The Habit Burger Grill, Panera Bread, The Paper Store, Sport Clips and Ulta Beauty. It is rumored that a Trader Joe’s may move out of its smaller space to anchor the new strip mall.
