What type of payment contracts does March accept?

In the construction manager (CM) role, March typically charges a flat management fee. However, if you wish to hedge your project risk, we can also serve as a CM-at-risk, sharing financial responsibilities. We are flexible to meet your needs.
 
As a general contractor, March can offer lump-sum, cost-plus-fee, guaranteed-maximum-price (GMP), and GMP with cost-plus-savings—whatever contract serves you best. March is happy to consult and advise; we can do whatever makes the most sense for your business. 
 
No matter how our contract is structured, our senior management will stay intimately involved from start to finish. We will be your partner and agent, managing your project schedule with constant communication—and complete transparency on costs, bids, and decisions.

Does March have a project minimum?

Our project minimum typically starts at $20 million and up. March places importance on providing quality service and only takes on projects that are substantial and within our resources. If your project is significantly below this number, a smaller contractor may be of better assistance.
