The Residences at Lighthouse Point is a transit-oriented, residential, retail, and office destination with direct connections to the Staten Island Ferry. Phase 1 consists of a 65,000 SF building on the corner of Bay Street and Borough Place to be programmed with retail, fresh food restaurants and entertainment space.
