The Future of Lighthouse Point:
Coming soon, Phase 1 of Lighthouse Point introduces a 65,000 sq. ft. retail hub featuring restaurants and entertainment spaces at the crossroads of Bay Street and Borough Place.
Lighthouse Point will also feature a residential tower soaring above this retail space, housing 115 apartments, with 20% set aside for affordable housing.
