The massive transformation of downtown Flemington continues as work advances on the 443,291-square-foot Courthouse Square development.
Led by Cust Investments, this ambitious project centers on revitalizing the historic Union Hotel while creating a modern mixed-use destination.

- 206 New Residential Units
- Retail & Dining – Thoughtfully planned spaces for residents and visitors alike to enjoy.
- Additional Parking – To drive more visitors and economic growth for local businesses, plus added convenience for local residents.
Current work includes expanding the hotel’s accommodations, constructing 206 new residential units, and developing retail and dining spaces that will energize the downtown area.
Enhanced parking facilities are also taking shape to support the neighborhood’s growth.
March Construction is moving forward on this careful integration of historic preservation and new construction that’s redefining Flemington’s town center.
