With over two decades in the construction industry, Project Manager Raven Lopez joined March Construction in January 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager and quickly made her mark, earning a promotion to Project Manager in December 2023.
Raven has been instrumental in delivering large-scale developments, including Riverbend Block D in Harrison, NJ, 750 Walnut in Cranford, NJ, and her current project, Montgomery Promenade in Montgomery, NJ. Raven’s leadership and dedication keep projects on track and moving forward!
For over 13 years, Leila Stephan has been a key force in keeping March Construction’s jobsites safe. As Safety Coordinator, she’s in the field every day—conducting site walkthroughs, identifying hazards, and making sure crews have the PPE and support they need.
She works closely with the Safety Director and field teams, leading safety meetings, stand-downs, and in-house training for superintendents to keep everyone up to date on the latest protocols. With SST 62-hour and OSHA-30 certifications, Leila’s expertise helps keep projects running smoothly and, most importantly, safely.
With nearly 30 years in construction accounting, Geralyn has built a career on financial expertise.
As Controller at March Construction, she oversees cash flow, payroll, and financial operations, ensuring every project stays on track.
With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Finance from Seton Hall, she strengthens March’s relationships with financial institutions, bonding agencies, and tax services, proving that strong leadership behind the scenes drives success.
Since 2018, Briana Samman has built March Construction’s digital presence from the ground up. What started as a Marketing Associate role quickly grew into something bigger—today, as Digital Marketing Manager, she leads brand storytelling, content strategy, and digital marketing, ensuring March’s expertise stands out in the industry.
From writing, photography, and video production to website development, graphic design, and social media, Briana creates and manages it all. Her work has helped grow March’s online presence, building brand trust and driving revenue.
