March Associates Construction recently welcomed students from the All Stars Project of New Jersey to The Wyldes, a Class-A luxury apartment community built by March, for a firsthand look at the construction and commercial real estate industries.

The visit gave students an opportunity to explore a completed multifamily development, learn how large-scale construction projects come together, and hear directly from industry professionals about the many career paths available in construction and real estate.
Throughout the tour, members of the March team shared their professional experiences, lessons learned, and insights into the planning, coordination, and teamwork required to bring a project from concept to completion. Students brought thoughtful questions, curiosity, and enthusiasm, making the experience especially rewarding for everyone involved.

Creating Opportunities Through Industry Partnerships
The event was part of March Associates Construction’s ongoing partnership with the All Stars Project of New Jersey, an organization dedicated to helping young people develop confidence, professional skills, and meaningful connections through real-world experiences.

Earlier this year, March welcomed All Stars students to its offices for two industry workshops, where President Lou March, Jr. and members of the senior leadership team shared their career journeys, challenges, and advice for young people entering the workforce.

March also sponsored two interns through the All Stars Development School for Youth, providing hands-on exposure to the professional world and an opportunity to explore careers in real estate and construction.
These experiences reflect a shared commitment to introducing young people to new environments, building relationships with working professionals, and helping them recognize opportunities they may not have previously considered.

A Commitment to New Jersey’s Next Generation
For March Associates Construction President Lou March, Jr., investing in young people is a natural extension of the company’s values.
Having started his own career learning from his father, Lou March Sr., before gaining experience on major New York City construction sites, Lou understands the importance of mentorship, hands-on learning, and being trusted with real responsibility

We extend our sincere thanks to the All Stars Project of New Jersey for making these experiences possible, and to the students who joined us at The Wyldes for their energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn.
We are proud to continue this partnership and look forward to seeing the paths these talented young people choose as they build their futures.
Today, those same principles help guide March Associates Construction, which has grown into an ENR Top 400 Contractor serving clients throughout the Tri-State Area.
Beyond its construction projects, March remains committed to supporting organizations that strengthen local communities and create opportunities for others.
