The project, designed by Minno & Wasko, includes a range of amenities such as courtyards, a movie room, work pods, and a gym.

The buildings offer a variety of apartment units ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. Moore is responsible for the MEP engineering, while KEA handles structural. March Associates Construction, Inc. serves as the construction manager, ensuring the project meets its specifications and quality standards.
