Silver Lake is a new 232-unit, market-rate transit-oriented apartment community located at 115 Belmont Avenue in Belleville, New Jersey. The site is situated adjacent to the Silver Lake light rail station that connects directly into Newark Penn Station.
This project is being developed by Klein Enterprises and Black Oak Associates with March Associates Construction as the Construction Manager.
