Christina Gesualdi, Project Manager
Christina has 10+ years of experience as a project manager, growing positive relationships with numerous industry leaders in senior management, colleagues, clients, and subcontractors. She coordinates, plans, and executes in daily operations to attain project completion. She has managed numerous construction projects in the tri-state area and is currently working on Terminal Logistics Center, the first multi-story air cargo warehouse on the East Coast.

Lin Liu, Estimator
Lin earned her M.S. in Engineering Management from NJIT. She has over ten years of conceptual, GMP, and lump sum cost estimating experience in addition to working as a project manager. Lin successfully won projects for renovations, tenant build-outs, interiors, and new building constructions involving both Non-Union and Union labor. She has worked on Educational Buildings, Healthcare Centers, Retail Centers, High-end Residential, Warehouse Facilities, Research Laboratories, Hospitalities, and Landmark Structures.

Anna Krotevych, Estimator/Purchasing Agent
Anna has a B.S. in Construction/ Civil Engineering from the National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture. She has over 17 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, working on numerous projects in the New York Metropolitan Area such as St Marks Community Living in Brooklyn, NY, Dumont Commons in Bronx, NY, and the Salvation Army in Bronx, NY.

Stefani Silverman, Assistant Project Manager
Stefani Silverman is an interdisciplinary designer experienced in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, and Interior Design. With 8+ years of experience in the industry, Stefani has successfully completed new development and tenant improvement projects in New York and New Jersey; from corporate interior build-outs to new construction of conferencing centers, commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and public projects. Stefani strives to create work that will solve problems and advance new ideologies. Stefani has worked on projects such as Tishman Speyer Conference Center in New York, NY and Kushner Headquarters in both New York, NY and Florham Park, NJ.
