NJBIZ Business of The Year Q & A’s
How does your company differentiate itself as a leader in the industry?
March succeeds with efficient planning, well-managed schedules, and budgets—all while maintaining the best standards in project management throughout the process. March is involved in our local communities, supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Adopt-a-Soldier, Tackle Kid’s Cancer, Queens Community Housing, Salesian Sisters, Special Olympics, and sponsor local school programs and scholarships. The March team has generations of experience in the industry, growing to 75 employees this year. Our numbers are real; we are transparent, honest, and deliver what we promise. These are some of the primary reasons for our high retention of clients, steady growth, and excellent reputation.
What was a significant challenge your company overcame?
Contractors can be tempted to book as many projects as possible because it can lead to quick gains. Our challenge is to minimize unnecessary risk by selecting the best projects and only accepting opportunities within our resources. March Construction must operate without compromising the quality of service that our clients have come to expect over the years.
What are your top goals for the future?
Our goal is the consistently improve our services while investing in the future of our company. We are always self-evaluating and paying close attention to market trends and innovations.
