March Construction kicked off a new superintendent Safety Training session this week, bringing together the full team for focused conversations around job-site challenges, real-world scenarios, and hands-on learning.
Led by our safety team, Leila Stephan and Frank Brady, the training centered on Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) — one of the most effective tools for preventing incidents before they happen.
Our message to the field remains clear: “Proactive safety is the best safety plan!”
