ECCO in Elizabeth is a 258-unit class A apartment community to be built in a prime location in the City of Elizabeth, just outside of New York City. This luxury community will be built as 4 story, wood framed apartments over a convenient garage for residents.
Unit features include open concept floorplans with granite countertops stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryers, plank flooring, 9’ ceiling heights, and walk-in closets. Community amenities include a large clubhouse with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, outdoor kitchen and fire pit, business center, golf simulator and leasing office. The bottom floor will also feature retail tenants to further enhance the resident experience.
ECCO will be transit oriented with direct rail access to New York City via the newly renovated Elizabeth Station. The line also connects to Trenton, Princeton, Newark Airport, and Newark Penn Station.
