March was awarded this project after the initial contractor failed. March spent the first three months of this job performing exploratory and corrective work on the foundation and site retaining wall left by our predecessor. Once we properly stabilized the job and got it signed off by the structural engineer we were released to go vertical. March also coordinated the FFE of the suites, rooms and common area amenities.
