March was awarded this site development portion of the Hillsborough Promenade by Krame Development on a negotiated basis. March was also awarded the Pathmark, HomeGoods, Building B, and Building K totaling 123,000 SF. March was also awarded a 150,000 SF Home Center by Lowes. The project’s buildings consisted of structural steel and masonry structures while the site work consisted of 78 acres of improvements of roads, retaining walls, fountains, parking, and $2M of off-site improvements to NJ Route 206.
