Hospitality

Buildings developed for hospitality, entertainment, and leisure run the gamut of forms and functions. One consistent theme is that all of these types of buildings need to cater to the needs of their customers and cultivate their brand image.

At March Associates, we’ve planned, designed, and constructed scores of hospitality, entertainment, and leisure building projects across the Greater New York City region. From Long Island to Pennsylvania, from New Jersey to the Hudson Valley, and within the five boroughs of NYC, we have built hotels, restaurants, theaters, and fitness centers.

We create spaces that engage customers and employees, and enable efficient operations.

Hotel Development & Construction

We know hotel construction. We know there’s only one chance for a hotel to make a good first impression on guests. And a positive experience has to be maintained in every room.

We know that the lobby—the first and last place guests see—has to be built with the highest quality and attention to detail. That guest rooms need to be attractive, comfortable, and functional, with reliable infrastructure for Internet and TV connectivity, outlets for charging devices, good lighting, and temperature controls. And we know that the hotel’s brand image has to carry through to on-premises public spaces where guests congregate, dine and exercise. (We have plenty of experience building restaurants and fitness centers.)

March Associates’ recent hotel construction projects include a Fairfield Inn in North Bergen, New Jersey, and a dual-branded hotel in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Restaurant Development & Construction

Ambience can make or break a dining experience. So the design and construction of restaurants has to focus on architecture, space utilization, materials, lighting, sound, and environmental controls. Consistent quality is key, from fine dining in Manhattan to chain restaurants in suburban malls. And since cash flow doesn’t start until the day the restaurant opens, construction has be completed on time.

March Associates has a great track record delivering projects on time and within budget. That’s one of the many reasons our clients keep coming back to us with repeat business. Our recent restaurant construction projects include City Perch Kitchen & Bar in Dobbs Ferry, New York, and Dave & Busters at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, New Jersey.
