Owned by Basser Kaufman, the Marlboro Plaza Canopy Renovation was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. on a cost plus basis. March Associates Construction was selected by Basser Kaufman for the restoration of an existing retail shopping center located in Marlboro, NJ. The work included complete removal of the wood frame façade, which was replaced with steel framing to support the brick and stucco nishes all while the shopping center remained open. The work was phased so the impact to the shoppers and tenants were minimal. As per our rigorous standards, care are was taken to ensure the safety for all. This was a general contracting job completed by March.
