Meridia on Westfield is an apartment complex located at 610 West Westfield Avenue and less than one mile from the Garden State Parkway, currently being built by March Construction. Meridia will feature 212 rental apartments, a restaurant/bar among the retail, fitness center, private party rooms, pet care, and a garage. Each apartment will be outfitted with high-end appliances and finishes. The development was designed by CPA Architecture and is being overseen by March Associates Construction Inc. It is being constructed with four levels of wood framed structure over two levels of concrete podium utilized for parking and commercial use.
