Roxbury Fast Food & Retail
Roxbury Retail consists of 8,000 SF of retail space for Verizon and a Burger King, which are two separate out-of-the-ground new buildings. The project consisted of demolition of the existing commercial and residential structures followed by erection of a steel and masonry one story building. The two acre site required extensive remediation and a large underground storm storage system. A dynamic pile foundation system was utilized.
