This project was part of the Teterboro Landing’s Smart Growth Plan. It is a 55-acre mixed-use, transit-oriented development less than 10 miles from NYC and near major public transit systems, including Teterboro Airport and NJ Transit Rail Station. The project featured both sustainable and environmental improvements as it was a former brownfield that was transformed into a modern mixed-use project with significant environmental quality and health benefits from the site cleanup. Remediation included extensive asbestos removal.
