Walgreens Retail
The Walgreens in Maplewood was designed in cooperation with the local Historical Society. This is a single-story, 15,000 SF build- ing. The developer took out an auto repair facility and a used car lot to facilitate the construction of a ground-up building with brick and precast stone façade. The new building included canvas canopy awnings as an accent. The construction included brick paver sidewalks that completed the Maplewood streetscape de- sign. New cedar fences and a fully landscaped surround provided a finished look for local residents.
