Siena Luxury Residences is a 55+ Active Adult Community, located in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and owned by Capitol Seniors Housing. The building owners had their grand opening ceremony on November 14th, 2019, to celebrate the completion of their Community Cubhouse and a new apartment building open for rent. These buildings are part of the extension to the Siena Luxury Residences community, along with a series of more new structures that have interior finishes underway. Congratulations!! These apartments are spacious and beautiful! The campus features a floral, park-like setting with extensive walking grounds and communal hangouts. March Construction is the construciton manager on this project and Meyer Design, Inc. is the architect and interior designer.
