March Construction is proud to have completed the 300 Lafayette mixed-use office building in SoHo, Manhattan.
300 Lafayette is a landmark building in NYC, sitting along West Houston Street. The seven-story building tops out at 145 feet. It is designed by COOKFOX and developed by Related and LargaVista Companies.
March Associates Construction, Inc. is the construction manager for 300 Lafayette, building the core and shell. Interior finishes will be done separately. At a total of 83,000 square feet, 30,000 square feet will go towards retail and 53,000 square feet towards office space on the floors above. 300 Lafayette office is a modern vision of the neighborhood’s existing aesthetics. This includes glass facades, biomimetic patterns, and ornamental organic forms. This space offers large windows spanning 3 sides of the building, maximizing access to natural light. The greenspace terrace with live plants promotes well-being and productivity, setting a new standard for sustainable workplace design.
The terrace railing pattern includes an logo of Gasteria, an iconic gas station that historically occupied the site.
