March Construction is making progress building “The Nest”, a modern, affordable micro-apartments building on 190 Academy Street, Jersey City, NJ. The development is from KSNY and Strategic Properties and designed by GRO Architects.
The 122-unit building consists of 38,000 square feet, each unit is approximately 220 square feet and residents have access to a number of amenities and common areas.
Our teams are beginning to make progress on the interior with sheetrock almost complete, painting the walls, and setting up some of the compact micro-apartment furniture and storage cabinets inside the units.
