Ground-Breaking Ceremony at Black Oak, Silver Lake in Belleville, NJ!

Black Oak Associates and Klein Enterprises break ground on their mixed-use residential development project in the Silver Lake community of Belleville, NJ, with Mayor Michael Melham and  March Construction. The development will be located just across the street from the Newark Light Rail station for convenient access for residents.
