The owner is developing both sites with (2) 96,900 SF, ground-up single story modern Class-A warehouses, one on each site. Each building contains 76,900 SF on the ground floor and 20,000 SF of internal mezzanine floors. The warehouses include dock-high and grade level door, loading/ unloading locations for 53’ trailers, and private parking for employees.
