Terminal Logistics Center is being developed by Triangle Equities and built by March as the construction manager. The project consists of a 5-story warehouse building with below-grade parking. It is a 420,000 SF mixed-use warehouse with access on three sides. On levels 1 & 2, the building will house a Warehouse/ Distribution center with an accessory Office.
