March Construction is making progress building “The Nest”, a modern, affordable micro-apartments building on 190 Academy Street, Jersey City, NJ. The development is from KSNY and Strategic Properties and designed by GRO Architects.
The 122-unit building consists of 38,000 square feet, each unit is approximately 220 square feet and residents have access to a number of amenities and common areas. The Nest is about 50% complete. Once structural is complete, the interior finish will begin. They have recently begun to install MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). Our management team on this job includes Ashwin, Tim, and Batista.
