March Construction is the construction manager for Atria in New City, New York. The 70,000 SF project is under development by Capitol Seniors Housing. It will be an assisted living and memory care community. Designed by Meyer Senior Living Studio, Atria will be a modern community with a vast array of amenities and areas for social activities. It will include public and private dining, sports lounge and bistro, club room with fireplace, sun room, patio seating, and green space with walking paths for exercise.
